1. Rental Fees & Pricing
The following rental packages and fees apply to all bookings:

2. Payment Authorization
By confirming your booking, you expressly authorize Bin There Moving to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees, including:
- The base rental package fee for the selected period
- Extension fees if the rental period is extended beyond the original end date
- Daily late fees for each calendar day totes are not returned after the due date
- Damaged tote fees of $25.00 per tote for any tote returned with structural damage
- Missing tote fees of $25.00 per tote for any tote not returned at pickup
3. Rental Period & Extensions
The rental period begins on the confirmed delivery date and ends on the agreed return/pickup date.
If you require additional time, you must notify Bin There Moving before your rental end date to request an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and charged at the applicable weekly rate shown in Section 1. Partial weeks are charged at the daily late fee rate.
If totes are not returned by the end date and no extension has been arranged, daily late fees begin accruing automatically starting on the first day past due.
Bin There Moving reserves the right to retrieve totes after 14 days past the original return date without prior notice if contact cannot be established.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Permitted Use: Totes may only be used for lawful moving and storage purposes. Totes may not be used to transport hazardous materials, unsealed liquids, animals, or any illegal substances.
- Weight Limits: Do not exceed 60 lbs per tote. Overloading that causes structural damage will be treated as a damaged tote and charged accordingly.
- Stacking: Totes should be stacked no more than 5 high when loaded. Customer assumes responsibility for damages caused by improper stacking.
- Loss or Theft: Customer is responsible for all totes from the time of delivery until confirmed pickup. Totes lost or stolen during the rental period will be charged at $20.00 per tote.
- Return Condition: Totes must be returned empty and reasonably clean. Excessive soiling requiring special cleaning may result in a cleaning fee of up to $10.00 per tote.
- Pickup Access: Customer must ensure access to totes at the agreed pickup location and time. Failed pickup attempts due to Customer unavailability may result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Bin There Moving will deliver totes to the address specified at booking within the agreed delivery window. Delivery and pickup are available within the Greater Cleveland metro area. Areas outside the standard service zone may incur additional fees, disclosed at booking.
Customer or an authorized adult (18+) must be present to receive delivery. If no one is available, totes may be left in a secure, agreed-upon location at Customer's risk.
Bin There Moving is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.
6. Damage Assessment
All totes are inspected upon pickup. Damage assessment is completed within 48 hours of pickup. Normal wear — minor surface scuffs and light scratches — is expected and will not be charged.
Damage charges apply for: cracked or broken walls, broken or missing snap-lock lids, warped bases that prevent stacking, and any damage rendering the tote unusable.
Customer will be notified of any damage charges via email within 48 hours of pickup, along with photographic evidence where available. Charges are applied to the payment method on file per the authorization in Section 2.

8. Limitation of Liability
Bin There Moving is not liable for damage to Customer's property caused by tote failure resulting from Customer misuse, overloading, or improper use.
Our total liability to Customer for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by Customer for the rental in question.
Bin There Moving is not responsible for items left inside totes that are not disclosed at the time of pickup scheduling.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
